Hiking with the dog

Depending on the season and our location we hike both mountains but also take several hours long walks on the flat. Content of our hiking bag(s) is still mostly the same.

Hiking bag for me:

-headband/scarf

-snacks/protein bar

-kinesio tape

-band-aid

-knife

On steep hike:

-runner's belt

-bungee leash

-harness

For the dog:

-backpack

-water bowl

- snack/treats

- snake bite medicine

- boots

- antiseptic

- elastic wrap
